This is a team favorite! Surprisingly versatile, this salt has a delicious herby-citrusy quality that is great on corn on the cob, in soups, and in breads. Cascade hops are home-grown by Jo in North Lawndale and harvested in October for a Fall limited release. This year's batch is only about four cases, so get yours while you can!
