BLISTERED GREEN BEANS W/MEDITERRANEAN CITRUS SALT

  1. Heat 3/4 T coconut oil in skillet
  2. Add 1/2 lb cleaned green beans
  3. Sauté on high for 3-5 min tossing frequently
  4. SALT w/pinch MEDITERRANEAN CITRUS Salt
  5. Sauté, covered, on medium for 8-10 min, or until tender, tossing 3-4 times
  6. SALT w/pinch MEDITERRANEAN CITRUS Salt
  7. Sauté on high for 3-5 min, watching closely, until beans are blistered.
  8. Finish w/pinch MEDITERRANEAN CITRUS Salt
